Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and guest checks.
• Check food quality when it arrives in the kitchen and inform Kitchen Manager of damaged product.
• Operate standard cooking equipment (mixers, steamers, toasters, fryers, ovens, stoves, grill).
• Work other stations as needed.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work area.
• Ensure timely and consistent plate presentation.
• Assist with inventory and standard procedures.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by Kitchen Management.
