• Works at the Grill station during hours of operation and cooks to order a variety of Fried Foods.
• Responsible for the cleaning of all equipment in the Grill Station at closing time. Example: Clean the Fryer and clean all stainless-steel tables and the overall grill station area.
• Make sure all food products are placed back in their proper storage area.
• Availability to assist with catered events.
