• Prepare seasonal critiques for leadership and review ads.
• Stay current with ads and promotions; assist with budget and financial reviews.
• Monitor inventory and stock discrepancies; manage pricing changes.
• Plan and supervise inventory processes and stocking.
• Train on inventory management and ordering systems.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and report safety risks.
