Aerotek in Lebanon, PA is seeking a dependable Utility Packer for a contract-to-hire position on a fast-paced frozen vegetables production line. You will sort, pack, label, and inspect products while following GMP and safety standards, with lifting up to 50 lbs.

The role offers training, potential for long-term employment based on performance, multiple shifts, and a team-oriented workplace in a refrigerated facility with optional overtime.

Qualifications

• Previous production, packing, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a cold (35-40°F), wet environment.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort, pack, bag, and box frozen vegetables on a fast-paced production line.
• Inspect products for quality and remove defects or foreign material.
• Label and package products accurately for shipment.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas.
• Follow GMP, food safety, and company safety standards.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
