Job summary

Pure-Flavor is hiring a General Labor – Packer to inspect and pack fresh vegetables, ensuring proper labeling and adherence to food safety and quality standards. You will support the supply chain by meeting productivity targets in a refrigerated warehouse environment.

No previous experience required, but attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced team are essential. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work varying shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required, candidate should be able to learn quickly.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced packhouse setting.
• Basic understanding of GMPs, health and safety recommended.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect and pack fresh vegetables according to customer specs.
• Label containers accurately and ensure quality checks are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food contact surfaces and machines.
• Report quality issues to supervisors and follow SOPs.
• Operate in a refrigerated setting while complying with safety guidelines.
