Job summary

Aerotek is hiring Picker and Packers for a large distribution center in Lebanon, PA. This full-time role involves meeting daily quotas, using an RF scanner, and working onsite with a strong team.

Expect to walk substantial distances daily, lift up to 50 pounds, and follow warehouse procedures to ensure accuracy. Weekly pay and a full benefits package are offered to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet daily quotas while picking and packing orders.
• Comfortable walking long distances (up to 10 miles per shift).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when required.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently throughout the shift using a headset-based system.
• Walk up to approximately 10 miles per day while maintaining a steady and productive work pace.
• Use an RF scanner to locate, pick, and resupply bins with inventory as needed.
• Stock and maintain inventory freight in preparation for order picking while working on foot.
• Perform picking and packing tasks to prepare orders for shipment.
• Follow established warehouse processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and productivity.
• Handle products and materials safely, including lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to support smooth warehouse operations.
