As a Frozen Food/Dairy Clerk, you’ll help highlight the best of our FF/D offerings. Whether you're stocking milk, yogurt, frozen vegetables, pizza, or ice cream or assisting guests in finding what they need, you'll be a key part of delivering an exceptional shopping experience with high-quality products.

Job Description

What You'll Do: As a Festival Foods Frozen Foods & Dairy Associate, you will:

• Provide Helpful Guest Service: Providing excellent customer service is at the heart of what we do. Whether it’s a friendly greeting, answering questions, or addressing guest concerns, you’ll handle each interaction with professionalism and care. Your willingness to help guests with what they need will make a positive impact every day.
• Assist with Product Requests: Help guests find specific frozen or dairy items, taking special orders when needed.
• Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure the sales floor is neat, tidy, and free of spills. Regularly stock and maintain product levels in accordance with company standards.
• Efficient Inventory Management: Follow the first in, first out method to rotate stock, ensuring all products are properly stocked and displayed.
• Ensure Product Availability: Ensure products are always available by filling items on display and checking inventory levels to meet department goals.
• Support Department Standards: Maintain the quality of the Frozen/Dairy department by meeting all expectations for product availability, quality, and cleanliness.
• Honor Commitments: Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
• Support the Team: Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed as a Festival Foods Frozen Food and Dairy Clerk, you should have:

• Effective Communication Skills: Ability to interact tactfully and professionally with both guests, leaders, and retail sales associate team members.
• Safety Awareness: Full understanding of safety protocols and company policies, including the ability to recognize and address potential safety hazards on the store premises.
• Equipment Knowledge: Knowledge of ability to learn equipment and procedures such as proper lifting techniques, trash compactors, balers, and power equipment.

Work Schedule:

The Frozen/Dairy Clerk is a part-time hourly position. The work schedule will primarily include afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail grocery store environment.

You’ll help ensure our guests always have access to the best products while enjoying the unique experience of working and stocking one of Wisconsin’s favorite departments.
