Enjoy working with cheese and dairy products in Wisconsin, keeping these items stocked and providing excellent service to our guests daily! Wisconsin leads the nation in frozen pizza consumption per capita, and you'll help support that tradition.

As a Frozen Food/Dairy Clerk, you'll highlight our frozen food and dairy offerings. Whether stocking milk, yogurt, frozen vegetables, pizza, ice cream, or assisting guests in finding products, you'll contribute to an exceptional shopping experience with high-quality items.

Job Description

What You'll Do: As a Festival Foods Frozen Foods & Dairy Associate, you will:

• Provide Helpful Guest Service: Offer friendly, professional assistance, answer questions, and address concerns to make a positive impact daily.
• Assist with Product Requests: Help guests find specific frozen or dairy items and take special orders when needed.
• Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the sales floor neat, tidy, and free of spills; stock and maintain product levels per standards.
• Efficient Inventory Management: Use the first-in, first-out method to rotate stock and ensure proper display and availability.
• Support Department Standards: Meet expectations for product quality, availability, and cleanliness.
• Honor Commitments: Maintain regular, timely attendance and provide notice for absences.
• Support the Team: Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Effective Communication Skills: Ability to interact professionally with guests, leaders, and team members.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to recognize hazards.
• Equipment Knowledge: Ability to learn equipment and procedures such as proper lifting, trash compactors, balers, and power tools.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

The physical demands include standing for long periods, bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly. Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities.

Work Schedule:

This part-time role primarily involves afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail grocery setting.
