• Assist Frozen & Dairy Department Manager in daily operations.
• Maintain accurate recordkeeping and customer service.
• Oversee inventory, shrink control, and freshness by rotating stock.
• Direct staff, supervise workload, and provide training and evaluations.
• Run front end tasks, including register operations and bagging.
• Support department with POS and front-end duties as needed.
