Coborn's, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Department Manager for the Frozen & Dairy area in Minnesota stores. You will assist the Department Manager with daily operations, ensure accurate recordkeeping, and maintain customer service standards across the department.

You will supervise staff, rotate stock to ensure freshness, manage inventory and shrink, and support front-end activities including register operations and customer engagement to keep the department efficient and profitable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Frozen & Dairy Department Manager with daily operations.
• Maintain accurate recordkeeping, customer service, and employee relations.
• Control expenses, inventory, shrink, and rotate stock to preserve freshness.
• Provide front-end support by running a register and bagging or carrying out groceries.
• Direct workload, train, evaluate performance, and supervise staff when in charge.
