Coborn’s is seeking an Assistant Department Manager for the Frozen & Dairy Department. You will support the department manager, ensure accurate recordkeeping, and deliver excellent customer service while directing staff and handling training and performance evaluations.

Responsibilities include front-end operations, inventory control, and maintaining freshness. The role requires mentoring team members and upholding company policies in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications
