Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes #95 in Jackson, TN is seeking a friendly Froster to join our bakery team. You will learn to frost our signature cakes using measuring tools, pastry bags and mixers, ensuring each cake meets our high quality standards.

This is a full-time, entry-level role with a supportive team, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow within the brand. You will gain hands-on experience in a nationally recognized bakery and contribute to a warm guest experience.

Qualifications

• No formal education requirement; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to operate pastry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Willingness to adhere to brand standards and recipes.

• Effectively utilizes measuring instruments, commercial-grade or handheld mixer and pastry bag to frost cakes.
• Ensures an adequate supply of frosted cakes are available for guests in the bakery display case and maintains appropriate frosting and frosted cake par levels.
