Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a dynamic sales professional to engage prospective owners and deliver in-person luxury travel presentations.

You will articulate the benefits of joining Travel + Leisure and generate sales while applying effective closing techniques. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment and training of new hires and participating in ongoing advanced sales and career development programs.

Qualifications

• Wyndham Sales Experience required.
• Proven track record of maintaining production standards.
• Overcome objections and perform in a short luxury sales cycle.
• Must be energetic, outgoing, and tenacious.
• No travel outside the home site’s area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners.
• Conduct in-person sales presentations.
• Articulate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Travel + Leisure.
• Generate sales through initiating transactions and using proper closing techniques.
• Assist with recruiting, training and managing all sales new hires.
• Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training.
