Trustco Bank is seeking a Full-time Teller in Florida to serve as the frontline ambassador, delivering accurate transactions and excellent customer care. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, while promoting bank products and maintaining strict security and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in customer service and cash handling.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English; bilingual a plus.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Highly organized with exceptional multitasking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in small team environments.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
• Ability to lift 10-20 lbs., stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, check cashing, and withdrawals with accuracy and receipts.
• Cross-sell and educate clients on banking products and services.
• Handle payments: credit cards, money orders, bank checks, loan payments with care.
• Manage night deposits, safe deposit access, and maintain confidentiality and security.
• Respond to client inquiries, provide balances, assist with general banking needs.
• Balance end-of-day transactions, verify cash totals, and reconcile ATMs.
