Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, check cashing, and withdrawals, with accuracy.
• Cross-sell and educate clients on the Bank’s products and services.
• Handle credit card payments, money orders, bank checks, and loan payments.
• Manage night deposit bags and safe deposit boxes while maintaining security.
• Respond to customer questions and assist with general banking needs.
• Perform end-of-day balancing and reconcile ATMs; maintain reports and logs.
