Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, check cashing, and withdrawals with receipts.
• Cross-sell and educate clients on bank products and services.
• Handle payments (credit card, money orders, bank checks) and loan payments.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of client information.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide account balances.
• Balance transactions and reconcile ATMs at end of day.
