Job summary

Pure Storage, Inc. seeks a Technical Services Engineer for FlashArray in Raleigh, NC, with a 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET shift. You will be the frontline expert, resolving complex issues across storage, networking, and multi-platform environments to ensure top-tier customer experiences.

You will mentor junior engineers, contribute to knowledge articles, and collaborate with Engineering to champion customer needs. An on-site role with a competitive salary and benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in a professional enterprise level technical support role.
Experience resolving complex customer issues in a multi-platform enterprise environment.
Deep technical troubleshooting skills in storage, networking, replication, performance, and space.
Working knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows, VMware), LANs & WANs, and Storage Area Networks.

Responsibilities

Proactively own and resolve customer issues from initial contact through to resolution across all severity levels, ensuring professional, concise, and timely communication.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems involving FlashArray products and multi-platform environments.
Drive customer satisfaction by leading multi-participant calls and advocating for customers internally with Engineering.
Enhance our knowledge base by creating and updating internal and customer-facing FAQ and KB articles.
Mentor junior Support Engineers by sharing expertise and guiding best practices.
