Job summary

Everpure in Lehi, UT is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our 24x7 frontline team. You will diagnose and resolve complex issues across storage, networking, and OS platforms, ensuring an exceptional customer experience with our FlashArray product.

You will own escalations, lead customer calls, and collaborate with engineering to champion customer needs while creating and updating knowledge base articles to help the team and our customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in an enterprise-level technical support role.
• Experience resolving complex customer issues in a multi-platform environment.
• Strong troubleshooting across storage, networking, replication, performance and space.
• Proficient with Linux, Windows, VMware and SANs.
• Excellent customer service and multi-tasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve customer issues from initial contact through resolution across all severity levels.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems involving FlashArray and multi-platform environments.
• Lead multi-participant customer calls and advocate for customer needs with internal teams like Engineering.
• Enhance knowledge base by creating/updating internal and customer-facing FAQs.
• Mentor junior Support Engineers on best practices for issue resolution and customer management.
