Job summary

Pure Storage, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for FlashArray Core (//X and //C families) to own the multi-year vision and drive revenue through industry-leading innovation.

You will bridge complex engineering milestones with market-winning outcomes, shaping a premier enterprise storage platform. You will partner with customers and field teams to translate workload patterns into actionable requirements, while collaborating with sales, operations, and product marketing to enable field

Qualifications

• Experience driving complex infrastructure products end-to-end, from requirements to post-launch optimization.
• Foundational understanding of block storage architectures and deployment models for virtualization/hybrid-cloud workloads.
• Ability to translate analytics into roadmaps and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to sales teams and executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the Core Roadmap for the X and C product lines with a data-driven approach.
• Lead end-to-end hardware and software updates from concept through GA and growth.
• Translate workload patterns into actionable engineering requirements for multiple teams.
• Analyze telemetry and pricing data to justify roadmap bets and track KPI performance.
• Support global sales with crisp positioning and GTM content for midrange and enterprise segments.
