Job summary

Pure Storage in Lehi, Utah is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for our 24x7 team, focusing on FlashArray products. You will analyze and resolve complex issues across hardware, software, and environments, and collaborate across Engineering to champion the customer.

Candidates should have at least 3 years in enterprise technical support, strong troubleshooting in storage and networking, and experience with Linux, Windows, VMware.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise-level technical support.
• Experience owning and resolving complex customer issues in a multi-platform environment.
• Strong troubleshooting in storage, networking, replication, performance and space.
• Knowledge of Linux, Windows, VMware, LANs/WANs, and SANs.
• Excellent customer service with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Proactively own and resolve customer issues from initial contact through resolution across all severity levels.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems involving FlashArray products across multi-platform environments.
• Lead multi-participant customer calls, escalate when needed, advocate for customers internally.
• Enhance knowledge base with FAQ and customer-facing articles.
• Mentor junior Support Engineers.
