Job summary

Catholic Charities Eastern Washington is seeking a dedicated team member to assist with the management and operation of House of Charity services, ensuring a safe environment for patrons, staff, and volunteers.

You will coordinate with case management, maintain databases, respond to emergencies, and perform intake-to-log duties, upholding HIPAA and Catholic Social Teaching.

This full-time role requires flexibility for night/weekend shifts and a commitment to compassionate service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to interact compassionately with mentally ill and homeless individuals.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive for work use; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and security across all general access areas.
• Oversee shift operations, front desk duties, mail, gear checks, donations, and calls.
• Refer clients to social services and coordinate with case management as needed.
• Respond to resident complaints and seek solutions for client success.
• Maintain internal databases and complete intake forms for reports.
• Perform building operations, conduct hourly safety walks, and assist in emergencies.
