Job summary

Catholic Charities Eastern Washington is seeking a Shelter Operations Supervisor to lead the House of Charity team, ensuring high-quality service delivery to shelter residents. You will manage staff, coordinate shifts, and uphold data integrity across HMIS, Salesforce, and related systems.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and supervisory experience, with emphasis on homelessness services, collaboration with community partners, and adherence to program policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years supervisory experience with 10+ staff preferred.
• Experience with homelessness, residential environments, or related services strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop goals and actionable plans to meet patron needs at House of Charity.
• Directly supervise a diverse operations team of 15+ FTE.
• Coordinate RC program participant needs and shift coverage across the 24-hour cycle.
• Ensure regular staff meetings and effective on-site leadership communications.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for CQI and compliance.
