Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements related to the position.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs.

• Work both independently and with a team.
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Support guests and team members at the front of store and on the sales floor; help guests find products in-store and online.
• Lead a physical security culture by maintaining safe and secure standards throughout the store.
• Respond to and document security incidents.
• Use escalation tools for guest issues to provide a safe environment.
• Conduct merchandise protection and recovery support as needed following AP policies.
• Perform receipt checks to prevent theft and shortage at the front of store.
• Document all incidents in the system per AP policy and procedures.
• Operate the video surveillance system and train team members on protection procedures.
