Job summary

Target is seeking a Security Specialist to protect guests, team members, and the store's assets. You will be using our video surveillance and case management systems to document incidents, respond quickly, and uphold a culture of safety.

Role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends. Training provided to learn Target policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Meet any state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find products and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Document security incidents timely using case management systems.
• Respond to incidents and maintain safe and secure environments.
• Support theft prevention and merchandise recoveries per AP policy.
• Use video surveillance to monitor store operations and incidents.
• Communicate ethically, safely and in accordance with policies.
