Job summary

Capital Vacations is hiring Frontline Vacation Ownership Sales Representatives to meet with qualified guests, present the benefits of vacation ownership, and guide prospects through the sales process at our Orlando location. This role rewards high performance with a clear path to substantial earnings.

You will join a team with coaching, a proven sales process, and support, with up to 18% commission, weekly payouts, and monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in commission-based sales is required.
• Active Florida Real Estate License required before start.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Vacation ownership sales experience preferred but not required.
