You will train, evaluate, and mentor direct reports, participate in daily sales meetings, and collaborate with the Site Trainer on ongoing development. Travel is not required beyond the home site, and relevant experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of Wyndham sales experience is required.
• Experience in managing sales teams is preferred.
• Presidents Club recipient preferred.
• Maintain production standards.
• No travel required outside of the home site's area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve defined sales targets by closing transactions daily.
• Assist in personnel selection and development; maintain customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to and administer sales policies and guidelines with professionalism.
• Train, evaluate, and monitor direct reports' performance.
• Participate in daily sales meetings; collaborate with Site Trainer on training.
• Recruit future sales associates; may conduct group sales presentations.
• Other duties as assigned.
