Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of Wyndham sales experience is required.
• Experience in managing sales teams is preferred.
• Presidents Club recipient preferred.
• Maintain production standards.
• No travel required outside of the home site's area.
• Full availability to work weekends and holidays required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve defined sales targets and close transactions daily.
• Recruit, train and develop future sales associates; monitor performance.
• Lead daily sales meetings and collaborate with Site Trainer on onboarding.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ethical sales practices.
• Support group sales presentations and other duties as assigned.
