You will be the first point of contact, ensuring fast, compassionate, and accurate access to care while registering patients across multiple systems. This frontline role emphasizes exceptional service, empathy, and attention to detail as you support nurses and clinicians in patient flow and insurance interactions.

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service in fast-paced healthcare or call-center environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with patients and families.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized while handling multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist patients and families with check-in across multiple computer systems.
• Answer phones and gather accurate patient information quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Support timely access to care by minimizing delays in registration and answering questions with confidence and compassion.
• Build trust with patients during moments when they may be ill, anxious, or overwhelmed.
• Navigate diverse insurance plans and coverage details, enter demographics and medical data, and provide cost estimates when applicable.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
