Qualifications

• Epic experience preferred.

• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and register them at arrival.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate care with clinical teams.
• Collect point-of-service copays and provide general information to patients.
• Serve as a non-clinical navigator during discharge coordination.
