Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Related healthcare or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to perform data entry and use electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for patients and visitors.
• Register patients accurately and provide customer service.
• Assist with admissions, check-in and bedside tasks when needed.
• Work in a high-volume, schedule-dependent environment.
