You will manage staff performance, conduct training, and ensure compliance with FedEx policies and governmental regulations while driving safety initiatives and daily operational goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and at least 6 months of supervisory or package handler experience in a fast-paced setting.

• Six (6) months experience in package handling or supervisory roles in fast-paced environments.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Alternative: certification program or Associate's Degree or 2+ years of college toward a degree.

• Hire, train, coach, evaluate performance and manage staff productivity.
