Click N' Close, Inc. is seeking a Collections Specialist in Addison, TX. The role focuses on assisting borrowers in resolving financial issues affecting home ownership and exploring liquidation options when retention isn’t feasible.

You will engage borrowers, assess their financial situation, and advise on available loss mitigation paths to resolve delinquencies. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle high-volume inquiries, and knowledge of mortgage servicing

Competenze

• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Experience in mortgage servicing or call-center environment preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Mansioni

• Initiate live contact with borrowers to determine default reasons and explore loss mitigation options.
• Interview borrowers to understand their situation and request necessary documents.
• Explain loan workout terms and deadlines to borrowers; document interactions in system.
