Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., seeks a team member for loss prevention duties in a Seattle-area store. You will deter theft, greet customers, and coordinate with store management to ensure safety and a positive shopping experience.

The role requires strong communication, independence, and the ability to stand for long periods while supporting store policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Good prioritization and time management in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Review the Store Emergency Response Guide and follow procedures.
• Wear a Company-approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Assist customers and refer to management or service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious activity to LP or store management.
• Conduct a closing safety sweep with management.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
