Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., invites you to join a team focused on safety, loss prevention, and excellent customer service. In this role, you will deter theft, follow emergency guides, and wear a company-approved uniform with a Body Worn Camera while assisting guests in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will operate at the front of the store or in departments, engage customers, and collaborate with store teams. Prior retail or security exposure is valued.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sound decision-making abilities.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Efficient workload prioritization and time management.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• 0-2 years retail or security experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Review and follow the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear a Company-approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers politely and demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Direct customers to store management or customer service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Conduct a closing safety sweep with a manager.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
