Ross Stores seeks a loss prevention specialist to maintain a safe store environment and deter theft. You will greet customers with a friendly presence, monitor entrances, and support store leadership in safety and security initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required, AA degree preferred.
• Highly driven with limited oversight.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with the store team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proven ability to resolve conflict.
• Active security considerations incl. background checks and testing.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers.
• Provide visible presence and greet customers at entrances/exits.
• Monitor for potential safety issues and ensure safe egress to exits.
• Deliver great customer service with courtesy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention Leadership.
• Assist with loss prevention initiatives and other duties as assigned.
