Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a 10–15 person team on busy car wash operations in Foley, AL. You will help drive guest satisfaction, coordinate frontline activities, and support daily operations while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role combines hands-on supervision with light administrative duties, requires 2+ years of leadership experience, and offers competitive hourly pay with weekly commission, plus a benefits program, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

2+ years leadership experience required.
Quick problem-solving and decision‑making skills.
Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

Assist in leading a small team of 10‑15 employees, creating a culture of teamwork and safety.
Support a fast-paced, structured work environment and deliver quality guest service.
Assist in limited admin work and quick checks on equipment.
