Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a 10-15 person team at our car wash site, blending frontline leadership with essential administrative duties to meet safety, quality, and guest service goals. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of leadership experience, strong problem-solving, and a willingness to work in varied weather conditions.

Mechanical interest is a plus for this hands-on role.

Formación

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in leading a small team of 10-15 employees, ensuring teamwork and a positive culture.
• Provide excellent guest experience through service quality and friendliness.
• Assist with limited admin tasks and equipment checks.
• Train and develop employees at every position.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility and equipment rooms.
