Tusker is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to be the front-line support for hardware, software, and internet issues. The role requires quick response, diagnosis, and resolution of tickets while maintaining courteous communication with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities include phone support, server health checks, monitoring alerts, and ensuring SLA adherence. Minimum 1+ year of computer/networking experience and a HS diploma are required. Salary range is $40,000–$45,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of computer/networking experience.
• High School education or GED and post-secondary education in field.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support to customers, including remote desktop and server support.
• Monitor and perform routine server health checks for maintenance customers.
• Monitor service alerts, identify and resolve issues.
• Review, follow-up on, and complete assigned activity in ticketing system.
• Ensure tickets are worked within SLA and promised timelines.
• Track progress on work performed to close tickets.
• Escalate unresolved tickets to Manager.
• Provide and analyze reports on health and service history.
