Lendable is seeking a Front-Line Operations Agent to deliver high-quality customer service and financial support for a designated product across multiple channels. You will own queries from first contact to final resolution, applying structured processes and AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.

The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence three days a week and proactive engagement to support customers with empathy and accuracy while contributing to continuous improvement and data

Qualifications

• Experience in a contact centre with customer service and financial support roles.
• Ability to handle complex queries with empathy and ownership.
• Ability to follow structured processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Strong communication, rapport-building and conflict resolution skills.
• Comfort with digital tools and AI-driven platforms.
• Organised, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Proactive in providing feedback on processes and AI improvements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality support for a designated product across channels.
• Take ownership of queries from start to resolution or escalation.
• Listen actively and provide clear, accurate responses to customers.
