Job summary

SBM is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage cleaning tasks and maintain sanitation across assigned areas in a fast-paced setting. The role requires performing daily duties, operating motorized cleaning equipment, and reporting hazards to the supervisor to ensure safety and cleanliness throughout the shift.

Ideal candidates may have 3–6 months of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
• Completed all safety and task training certification.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals and their safe use.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.
