Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support cleaning operations and deliver quality service in a fast-paced environment. The role covers janitorial duties, following daily schedules, and operating cleaning equipment to maintain assigned areas.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 months of training or experience, with bilingual abilities considered a plus. Strong communication and adherence to safety protocols are essential, with a standard Monday–Friday

Qualifications

No specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred.
Bilingual a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, and manuals.

Responsibilities

Perform janitorial duties.
Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
Support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
Present a professional appearance and conduct.
