Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and uphold safety policies while delivering professional interactions with staff and customers.

The role requires 3–6 months training/experience preferred, with bilingual abilities considered a plus. Training certification and potential forklift certification may be required; valid driver's license

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
• Completed all safety and task training certification.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.

Responsibilities

• The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned.
• To perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Perform janitorial duties
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
• Perform repetitive tasks
• Maintain clean work area
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
• Take direction and respond to supervision
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
• Fill in during staff shortage
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service and satisfaction
• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment
