• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and check cashing with verification of identity and funds.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self‑service options.
• Refer customers to branch teammates for additional services when needed.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and adhere to security and compliance standards.
• Support lobby management and respond to inbound calls professionally.
• Assist with routine inquiries and escalate complex issues as appropriate.
