Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong organization skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with concise and clear delivery.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients, serving as hospitality ambassador of the bank location.
• Delivers accurate, everyday banking transactions and deepens relationships by identifying needs and referring clients to partners.
• Educates clients on banking products and self-serve solutions, using insights to tailor recommendations.
• Performs a broad range of client transactions within approved financial limits.
• Escalates non-standard issues and ensures compliance with policies and AML/regulatory requirements.
• Supports risk-aware, customer-focused service aligned with TD's standards.
