Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the first point of contact for clients and guides traffic flow while delivering a high-touch client experience.
• Delivers accurate, everyday banking transactions and deepens relationships by identifying client needs.
• Educates clients on banking products and self-serve solutions.
• Refers clients to appropriate partners to help achieve financial goals.
• Identifies and resolves routine client issues and escalates non-standard questions.
