Qualifications

• Experience configuring Windows desktops/laptops and basic networking.
• Hands-on experience with professional audio systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier1 troubleshooting for end users (customers/subcontractors).
• Maintain audio systems and related peripherals; verify routing and failover.
• On-call support after hours and weekends as needed.
• Escalate to Tier2 when required using Teams, Email, and Zendesk.
• Test and diagnose in lab environment and support on-site testing.
