Harper is an AI-native commercial insurance company in San Francisco. This operator rotation role starts on the front line, handling sales calls, applications, and customer service—then you document edge cases and turn insights into templates for engineers.

You’ll work with underwriters and build AI-enabled workflows, with three tracks: Business Development, Sales, or Customer Service. Salary is $125,000–$170,000 with performance bonuses and equity.

Responsibilities
