Job summary

Harper, an AI-native commercial insurance company in San Francisco, seeks an entry-level operator track role. You will spend 6–18 months on the front line—taking sales calls, processing applications, handling customer service, and working with underwriters—while documenting every edge case.

Then you translate this tribal knowledge into templates and workflows for engineering to build on. Three tracks are available: Business Development, Sales, or Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Early career with exceptional performance; recent graduate or 0–2 years minimum experience.
• Ability to learn quickly and work with AI tools to automate frontline tasks.
• Demonstrated pattern recognition and process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Do frontline work: take calls, process applications, handle customer service with underwriters.
• Document the reality: capture every process and edge case.
• Turn knowledge into systems: build templates and workflows for the company.
• Build with AI tools and translate learnings into scalable automation.
