Menzies Aviation is seeking an on-site Baggage Services Associate in Orlando to coordinate baggage check-in and handle misrouted baggage. You will read IATA tickets, screen interline passengers, and ensure correct baggage tagging while guiding passengers with issues and coordinating with carriers.
The role requires 18+, ability to lift 70 lbs, and flexible shifts including weekends/holidays. Flight benefits through Frontier, insurance options, paid training, and uniform are provided.
As a member of the Menzies Aviation Baggage Service team, you will be responsible for coordinating and handling customer baggage check-in and misplaced/lost baggage claims, provide reports to carriers, and assist customers with travel information.
