Job summary

Cognizant, a global leader in IT services, seeks a Frontier Principal to set the strategic direction for AI-augmented delivery and the AI-era operating model. You will co-design transformation strategies with C-suite clients, govern frontier-model evaluation, and own the Frontier practice's P&L and commercial models.

The role requires 20+ years of enterprise AI leadership, overseeing learning communities and maintaining high standards of AI safety and governance.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in enterprise AI leadership or AI delivery/operations.
• Proven ability to set strategic direction for AI-enabled delivery.
• Experience co-designing AI transformation strategies with C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience governance of frontier-model evaluation and AI safety policy.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for AI-augmented delivery and AI-era operating models.
• Co-design AI transformation strategies with C-suite stakeholders and produce blueprints.
• Define evaluation frameworks for frontier models, including safety benchmarks.
• Govern adversarial-AI risk and enterprise safety policy; lead incident response.
• Own P&L and commercial structuring for a Frontier practice.
• Maintain frontier learning community, methodologies and CoE standards.
